How to Use
Itchy, dry or oily scalp – use tea tree shampoo with 10 drops of pure tea tree oil
Sinus – 3 drops in steam basin or vaporiser
Mouth ulcers – dab oil with finger and paint area
Infected gums – 3 drops in water and gargle
Bad breath – dip finger in oil and anoint tongue
Plaque on gums – as bad breath
Cold sores and boils – dab pure oil on affected area 3x a day
Bites, leeches or ticks – dab pure oil on affected area
Arthritis – mix 3-5 drops with pure sesame oil and massage joints
2. Lavendar Oil
Soothes nerve ends and creates a calm, relaxed body. This aroma affects all sensitivities.
Uses:
Burns – dab pure oil over affected area
Sore or hot feet – soak in hot water with 4 drops
Itchy skin – rub oil over affected area for instant calm
Headache – massage oil over temples and brow
Insomnia – 2 drops on your pillow. Also massage on neck
Dermatitis – mix 4 drops with avocado oil and massage into area
Fatigue – add 10 drops to hot bath
3. Eucalyptus Oil
A powerful drawing oil, penetrating deep into cavities and lifting deep bacteria.
Uses:
Fevers – massage into chest and throat
Poultice – soak cotton wool in oil and apply to area overnight
Cold & Flu – add 3 drops to basin of hot water, cover head with towel and inhale
4. Clove Oil
A natural anaesthetic and bacteria fighter.
Uses:
Toothache – massage clove oil around gums
Nausea – add 2 drops to 1 tsp honey
Bronchial – add 4 drops to sesame oil and massage around chest, throat and neck
Antiseptic – add 2 drops to bath water to clean wounds
Anaesthetic – add 10 drops to sesame oil and massage entire body
5. Avocado Oil
Extremely high in Omega 6, an important fatty acid needed for elastin to all cell membranes.
Uses:
Sunburn – massage all affected areas
Skin rashes – same as above
Culinary – never heat avocado oil. Use cold pressed over salads and vegetables
6. Rose Geranium Oil
The fluid fighter.
Uses:
Smelly feet – add 10 drops to hot water and soak
Lymphatic drainage – add 10 drops to sesame oil and massage all over body
7. Sesame Oil
The highest source of calcium, the most abundant mineral in the human body. Also known as a “hot oil” able to penetrate into muscles and joints.
Uses:
Bones (“Bone tired”) – massage oil into body after a hot bath, sauna or steam
Culinary – use over rice, salads, vegetables and pulses
